Under current law, sales by a county agricultural society during a regularly scheduled county fair are exempt from sales tax. This bill expands the exemption to include sales for a regularly scheduled county fair, including parking or admissions presales for days or events that are part of the regularly scheduled fair.
Effective for sales and purchases made after June 30, 2020.
