S.F. No. 2755 directs the commissioner of human services to consult with relevant stakeholders to develop, test, and recommend systems improvements that minimize regulatory paperwork for substance use disorder programs. In developing the recommendations, the commissioner shall contract with a vendor that is experienced in similar projects, shall ensure stakeholder input is considered, and shall maximize client benefits and provider utility. The commissioner will report on these recommendations to the legislature by December 15, 2020.
