SF No. 3118 removes reimbursement rates for respite services from the disability waiver rate system (DWRS). The result of removing respite reimbursement rates from DWRS is that respite services providers will be reimbursed at a market rate.
SF No. 3118 also increases the absence and utilization factor ratio for individualized home supports with training from 3.9 percent to 7.5 percent.
