S.F. No. 3430 (260C.157, subdivision 4) requires prenatal alcohol exposure screenings for children in juvenile court delinquency or child protection proceedings as soon as possible, but not later than 15 days following removal from the child’s home, beginning for child placements on or after August 1, 2020.
