Section 1. Exemption for career and technical education instructors. Allows any vocational or career and technical educator to be exempt from licensure requirements if they demonstrate occupational competency based on work experience in business or industry. Strikes the expiration of this section and the requirement that part-time vocational or career and technical educators apply for a teaching license.
