SF 1280 establishes the Minnesota Inclusion Initiative Grant, an ongoing grant program to fund projects to address barriers to inclusion and increase participation in their communities for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The grant program will utilize a fiscal host, which will convene an advisory committee to distribute the grant funds for particular projects and receive reports from the grantees.
