Section 1. Long-term facilities maintenance revenue. For fiscal years 2020 to 2022 only, authorizes a school district to include school safety facility enhancements in its long-term facilities maintenance (LTFM) plan. Provides that safety projects authorized prior to July 1, 2022, may be included in the LTFM plan until the projects are complete. Makes other technical changes. Strikes obsolete language.
