Section 1. Fund transfer; Independent School District No. 281, Robbinsdale. Authorizes the school district to transfer funds from its postemployment benefits irrevocable trust fund to its undesignated general fund. Limits the amount of the transfer to the lesser of $7,000,000 or the cumulative amount that the district should have transferred from the trust fund in fiscal years 2009 to 2017.
