Section 1. Mental Health Education. Encourages school districts and charter schools to provide mental health instruction starting in fourth grade, instead of sixth. Directs the commissioner, in consultation with the Commissioner of Human Services and mental health organizations, to provide districts and charter schools with model learning activities and a directory of resources.
