S.F. No. 902 appropriates $600,000 in fiscal years 2020 and 2021 to the commissioner of human services for a grant to a children’s mental health collaborative that, in the commissioner’s discretion, will best operate a rural multicounty demonstration project that addresses the mental health needs of youth ages 15 to 25 in order to successfully transition into adulthood. The commissioner will report on the project’s outcomes by January 15, 2021.
