SF No. 383 provides a ten-year property tax exemption for property used exclusively as a pharmacy in the city of Minneapolis and owned by a federally recognized Indian tribe. To qualify for the exemption, the property must have been owned by the federally recognized Indian tribe on January 1, 2016, and for the current assessment year. This exemption is limited to parcels and structures that do not exceed, in the aggregate, 4,000 square feet.
Effective beginning with taxes payable in 2020 and thereafter.
