1.2Page 24, after line 13, insert:

1.3    "Sec. 11. [15.0143] EXPIRATION OF MULTIMEMBER AGENCIES.
1.4A commission, task force, working group, advisory council or committee, or other
1.5multimember agency, excluding licensing boards, expires within two years of the enactment
1.6date of its enabling statute, unless another expiration date is specified in the group's enabling
1.7statute."
1.8Page 47, after line 27, insert:

1.9    "Sec. 42. REVIEW OF MULTIMEMBER AGENCIES.
1.10By February 1, 2026, the Legislative Coordinating Commission must report to the chairs
1.11and ranking minority members of the committees in the senate and the house of
1.12representatives with jurisdiction over state government, listing all multimember agencies,
1.13excluding licensing boards; identifying their enabling statutes; specifying the expiration
1.14date of the group; listing the dates of the group's most recent three meetings; and describing
1.15the group's duties and the work product of the group over the past year. The report should
1.16make note of any groups that the Legislative Coordinating Commission determines are
1.17redundant or unnecessary."
1.18Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.19Amend the title accordingly
