1.2Page 120, after line 28, insert:

1.3    "Sec. 141. SAFETY STUDY; ITASCA COUNTY.
1.4The commissioner of transportation must conduct a study on safety improvement needs
1.5at the intersections of county road 57 and county road 336 in Itasca County. The
1.6commissioner must submit the results of the study and recommendations for improving
1.7safety at the intersection to the Itasca County Board and the county engineer. The county
1.8is encouraged to comply with the commissioner's recommendations.
1.9EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment."
1.10Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.11Amend the title accordingly
