Section 1. Placement of children without disabilities; education and transportation.

Authorizes a resident school district to generate transportation aid for transporting a pregnant or parenting teen attending an educational program that provides: (1) academic instruction; (2) parenting instruction; and (3) high-quality child care on site during the educational day.

Makes other technical changes. Makes this section effective for revenue in fiscal year 2019 and later.
