Section 1. Prohibition. Members and employees of the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority or the Minnesota Ballpark Authority are prohibited from giving gifts to an official. (The Sports Facilities Authority oversees U.S. Bank Stadium and the Ballpark Authority oversees Target Field.) Formatting and conforming changes are made. This section is effective the day following final enactment.
Section 2. Exceptions. Makes a clarifying change. This section is effective the day following final enactment.
