|
SF 1011 requires the legislative auditor to appoint a fiscal oversight officer with specified duties. The fiscal oversight officer is in the classified civil service.
Section 1 [Financial audits] adds the Metropolitan Council to the list of agencies for which the legislative auditor must perform financial audits as the auditor’s resources permit. This section is effective the day following final enactment.
