      S.F. No. 381 modifies the child care provider rate when a child care provider is located within the boundaries of a city that is in two or more counties.  When this occurs, the child care provider rate is the rate paid in the county with the highest maximum reimbursement rate or the amount the provider charges, whichever it less.
