S.F. No. 885 - Ending Special Election Cycle Sooner

S.F. No. 885 allows a candidate to end the special election cycle sooner than the prescribed 60 days after the special election. The candidate may end the special election cycle five days after the election by notifying the board in writing.  This act is effective the day following final enactment and applies to special election cycles that start on or after that date.
